Maximum cycle rates are no problem with KIEFER tools and components! A camera and its software detect defective parts, allowing them to be immediately separated. This is achieved through targeted support for part removal. Defective parts remain in the lead frame.

System solutions downstream of production are also feasible with KIEFER components. This enables higher processing speeds, which not only increase output but also reduce the error/complaint rate. The quality assurance and calculated production output required by the customer now run parallel to the performance of the tool and machine (thanks to AI).

The new KIEFER tool generation forms a single unit with the new automation components from HSB Normalien. This also includes retrofit components for existing thermoforming or plastics processing machines.
